Baxa Corporation's corporate headquarters is in Englewood, Colorado. Our facility features 27,000 ft2 for manufacturing with an 8,000 ft2 ISO Class 8 (equivalent to a Class 100,000) cleanroom and and a 30,000 ft2 warehouse.

European Headquarters, Registered Agent

Baxa Ltd is the company's Registered Agent, located in a 10,000 ft2 facility in Bracknell, UK. The European headquarters is responsible for hospital sales and marketing and general business administration. Our European distribution hub is in Gent, Belgium. Local warehousing is in Ascot, UK.
