Baxa Technical Support is available 24 hours per day/seven days per week for critical pharmacy operations.* This support covers the following products:
  • All current and supported automated compounders (ExactaMix® 1200 and 2400, MicroMacro™ 12, ExactaMix 600)
  • All current, supported compounder operating software
  • Baxa-supplied PC's and printers used with our compounding systems
  • Abacus®; TPN Order Entry software
  • RapidFill™ Automated Syringe Filler
  • Repeater™ Pump, Model 099 and 099E
  • DoseEdge®
  • IntelliFill i.v.®
*After-hours calls for issues that do not impact pharmacy production or present a patient safety issue will be rescheduled for resolution the following business day.



CUSTOM TECHNICAL SUPPORT (Abacus ONLY):
Custom labels and reports are services provided for customers on a fee basis and scheduled directly with the Baxa Support Services group. There is a minimum $100 charge, which covers the first hour of programming/service time. Additional time is billed in 1/4 hour increments at $100/hour. These services are scheduled by calling the Baxa Technical Support line and asking for the Support Services group.
