Greg Baldwin

Chairman of the Board and CEO, Baxa Corporation

Greg joined Baxa in 1993 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where he built the company’s market presence domestically and internationally. Baxa emerged as a global company serving customers in more than 50 countries. Since his promotion to President and CEO in 1997, the company quadrupled in size under his strategic, team-based leadership. In 2003, Greg became Chairman/CEO and handed off the President title to his brother Jeff. The two have forged a close partnership focused on the company’s vision to be the partner of choice for the preparation and administration of non-ready-to-use medication in critical-care settings. Greg holds a BA in economics and philosophy from Bowdoin College (1983) and an MBA from Boston University (1989).
